It is produced from completely natural apples grown in the high mountain villages of Antalya. It does not contain extra water or any substance that accelerates fermentation. When the season comes, the apples are pressed and turned into pure apple juice and the fermentation process is started by adding 1/1000 mother vinegar (yeast). After an average of 2-3 years of fermentation, it is bottled and offered for sale.
Gluten free and not heat treated. It has not been pasteurized.
