Giresun hazelnut paste is produced with high quality geographically marked hazelnuts. It does not use any sweetener, colorant, preservative or additive. It contains nothing but ground hazelnuts and trace amounts of beet sugar. The thin layer of oil you will see on the product is hazelnut oil. This layer is not seen in products using additives.
