Mulberry Paste with Hazelnut 1000 G Gümüşhane
One of the flavors of Gümüşhane, the hazelnut variety of pestil is produced with traditional methods. It is made from the fruit of the mulberry trees that grow on the sides of the rivers connecting to this valley, especially in the Harşit Valley. A mixture of flour and milk is added to the mulberry must obtained from the collected mulberries and boiled. It is left to cool, then honey is added to it and a mixture called “herle” is obtained.
